Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.We are seeking a **Special Desktop Assistant** to support the technical coordination and documentation of specialized systems in data center construction, including **security platforms**, **BMS**, **fire detection**, and **structured cabling**.**Responsibilities**:- Assist in reviewing and organizing drawings, datasheets, and technical documentation for special systems installations.- Support tracking of RFIs, submittals, and integration updates across trades.- Maintain configuration records, version control logs, and component registries.- Collaborate with the Special Systems Lead to prepare test scripts, inspection forms, and commissioning materials.- Liaise with site teams to ensure installed systems align with documentation and scope.**Qualifications**- Technical degree in **Electronics**, **Mechatronics**, or **Telecommunications**.- 3-5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or industrial environments.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and documentation platforms.- Fluent in **Spanish and English**, with attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.**Additional Information**:- Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
