Respond to inquiries about products and services, processing payments, or performing general account maintenance. Up-selling customers to new products or services may be encouraged.- High school diploma or GED (might be unfinished)- Demonstrated ability to support our high volume of inbound calls- Excellent verbal and communication skills, B1H/B2 English proficiency- Basic PC keyboarding skills: basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required- 6 months of call center experience- Schedule availability**Technical requirements**:- Knowledge of how to create a new Gmail/Yahoo account?- Able to provide technical guidance when PC has no internet?- Basic tech skills such as restarting computer.**We offer**:- Paid training- Competitive salary and growth opportunities- 40 or 48 hours shifts- 2 days off- Performance bonus- All law benefits- Food coupons- Direct hiring- Annual merit increase opportunity- Operations from home during contingency
