We're Hiring: Tech Support Manager – Based in Mexico

ERM Advanced Telematics, a global leader in vehicle tracking, fleet management, and IoT-based safety solutions, is expanding its international team and looking for a Tech Support Manager to join our LATAM team.

Location: Monterrey

Languages: Spanish & English

Experience: Ideal for professionals with experience in telematics and fleet management.

  • Support clients and partners across Latin America
  • Assist with product setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Work closely with our global team to ensure excellent service
  • Learn and evolve within the dynamic telematics sector
