You see your job as an intake coordinator as a mission to ensure that your client is at the center of the experience. Even if you don't succeed, you can safely tell yourself that you tried your best.You take your job extremely seriously but are sufficiently lighthearted to remember your humanity, laugh at other people's jokes and remember to have fun.If that sounds like you, then we may be a match.**REQUIREMENTS**:For this position, the applicant must:- Be bilingual (perfect Spanish/English) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, transferring calls to the appropriate department, taking messages, data entry, scheduling consultations with the attorneys, following up with clients before and after consultations, and the sending and receiving of contracts.- Detail-oriented and have experience in call centers and/or customer service.- Must have good internet access.- Home office or designated quiet location to work from.- Previous U.S. immigration law experience is a plus.- Be highly organized and attentive to detail.- This is a full-time position.COMPENSATION: $12,000 NETOS CON NÓMINA ($17,000/18,000 BRUTOS)+BONOS**INTAKE COORDINATOR**En DGO Legal, creemos que toda persona tiene derecho a recibir un asesoramiento de primera clase en materia de inmigración.
