**We're Hiring: Virtual Legal Intake Receptionist (On-Site Position)****Location**: _1Click Contact Center - Tijuana, B.C._- **Schedule**:_Monday to Friday, 6:55 AM - 4:00 PM (Weekends Off)_**Pay**: _$5,300 MXN/week before taxes + Up to $8,000 MXN/month in commissions (before taxes)_**Employment Type**: _Full-Time, On-Site_**About the Role**1Click Contact Center is looking for a **Legal Intake Assistant** to join our growing Veteran Law Firm campaign. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in providing a positive and compassionate experience for veterans and their families seeking legal support. This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, empathetic, and committed to making a difference.**Note**: _This is not a role for licensed attorney's _**What You’ll Do****Client Intake & Communication**- Screen potential clients to determine fit for the firm’s legal services.- Collect and document essential client details (e.g., name, service branch, legal issue).**Documentation & Follow-Up**- Accurately input client data into our CRM (Salesforce).- Send and collect necessary intake forms and consent documentation.- Follow up with leads to support the intake process and ensure completion.**Support & Scheduling**- Provide clear explanations of the intake process.- Schedule legal consultations with attorneys and paralegals.- Offer empathetic and knowledgeable support to veterans and their families.**Administrative Duties**- Prioritize multiple inquiries and support general clerical tasks.- Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high standard of professionalism.- Learn and use legal and veteran-specific terminology relevant to the campaign.**What We’re Looking For**- Advanced English/Tier-I (Speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension)- Experience in customer service, reception, or legal/healthcare environments.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Suite).- Familiarity with military culture or veteran issues is a plus.- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.**What We Offer**✔ $5,300 MXN per week before taxes✔ Up to $8,000 MXN/month in commissions (before taxes)✔ Full labor benefits as required by law✔ All earnings reported to SAT✔ Weekends off✔ Paid Time Off (PTO)✔ Monthly employee recognition✔ Continuous development opportunities✔ Drug-free, professional work environment**Ready to Make a Difference?**Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month**Experience**:- call center : 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)**Location**:- Tijuana, B.C.
