Overview:

Cruz Legal & Administrative Services is seeking a
bilingual Administrative or legal Assistant
experienced in
Personal Injury Law
to support our legal and client relations team. The ideal candidate is
organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and fluent in English and Spanish
.

This position involves client communication, document management, scheduling, and coordination with attorneys and paralegals based in Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone calls and follow-ups with clients, providers, and law firm staff.
  • Manage and organize client files and legal documentation.
  • Prepare and review contracts and forms using firm templates.
  • Collect, verify, and track required documents from clients.
  • Ensure accuracy of data, names, and case details.
  • Coordinate schedules and calendar invitations across time zones (Texas/Tijuana).
  • Use Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) proficiently.
  • Draft professional emails and summaries in both English and Spanish.
  • Report progress and maintain clear communication with the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative, legal, or case management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    (mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent or near-fluent
    English and Spanish
    (phone communication required).
  • Professional ethics, discretion, and a proactive attitude.
