You will conduct media and industry research on behalf of the agency, our clients, and their competitors as well as news monitoring and tracking, reporting, and general account support.As a digital specialist, you will need to understand how earned traditional PR and social content as well as contributed content (such as blogs and bylines) perform on BOCA’s clients’ websites. This position will require in-depth research and competitive analysis of BOCA’s clients. You will also have a deep knowledge of PR and social media monitoring tools.**Responsibilities**- Create and manage media databases and editorial calendars- Handle daily client & competitive news searches and enter data into the client reporting database- Research conferences and speaking engagements.- Research trends and data relevant to BOCA clients, competitors, and their industries- Other administrative tasks, as necessary**Social Media Responsibilities**- Understand the intricacies of social media and the different platforms; stay on top of new platforms- When applicable, own social media for specific clients and monitor the digital behavior of the client accounts- Provide client and prospect counsel around traditional PR analyst and media analysis as well as social media analysis- Podcasts are a hybrid of traditional and social media; you will need to understand podcast strategy and work with teams to ensure we have podcast programs in place**Requirements**:- At least two years’ of administrative assistance, research, and data entry experience- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint and Excel- Ability to learn Cision, Muckrack, Buzz Sumo and Moz among other tools- Knowledge of PR and social media platforms- Ability to consistently meet deadlines- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate closely with the team- Attention to detail**Benefits**- Great working environment with a virtual team.- Competitive salary commensurate with experience- All the benefits in law in Mexico.**Salary**: $18,000.00 - $24,600.00 per month**Experience**:- Public Relations: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (Advanced) (required)Work Location: Remote
