As a valued member of our team, you can expect:- Excellent Income- Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)- 10 Company-Paid Holidays per year- 30-day Christmas bonus**Job Title: SALES TERRITORY MANAGER - MEXICO (YMX)**Reports to: Sales Director**Job Function**:Responsible for direct sales and promotion of automatic, checkweigher, industrial, and engineered products. This includes collaboration with Agents of OEM partners within the territory, as well as the assessment, development, and implementation of strategies and tactics to achieve goals as outlined by company management. Frequent travel, including international travel, is required.**Essential Functions**:1. Directs sales strategies and objectives for Mexico that align with Yamato’s overall goals to drive market share growth maximize revenue and increase profitability.2. Cooperates and coordinates with all departments (primarily Applications Engineering and Project Management) within Yamato relating to activities in the territory.3. Achieves and exceeds the designated Key Performance Indicators annually and Annual Sales Quota.4. Ensures that Agents of OEM partners in Mexico develop and optimize their focus to support Yamato’s strategic business objectives and that they receive the necessary assistance to ensure our full support in this effort.5. Presents products and services to end users/decision makers and negotiate with professionalism and tact.6. Provides regular status on each Agent of OEM partners, and customer performance to plan, along with updated revisions to sales and marketing strategies, territorial expansion, and other actions required in order to achieve and exceed projected targets.7. Develops a proficient knowledge of all Yamato equipment.8. Provides monthly reports and forecasts, and other information and reports as requested.9. Utilizes Salesforce to manage sales pipeline following the sales standard operating procedures.10. Participates in on-site, in-person sales meetings at Yamato in Grafton, Wisconsin.11. Participates in corporate activities, including trade shows in the U.S. and other international locations, as directed.**Qualifications**:1. Highly preferred to reside within a 2-hour radius of Queretaro City, Mexico.2. Bachelor of Science degree, 5 to 10 years related packaging experience and/or training, or equivalent of combination of education and experience.3. Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.4. Capital equipment sales experience highly preferred.5. Strong organizational skills.6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.7. Strong presentation and negotiation skills required.8. Technical skills of Windows based software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.9. Able to handle short periods of time in cold, damp or warm plant environments during customer/prospect visits.10. Ability to climb ladders and mezzanines averaging 15 feet in height.11. Ability to travel at least 51% of the time, with occasional international travel outside of Mexico required.12. Must have a valid driver’s license and must be insurable.13. Requires a valid passport and visa for international travel outside of Mexico and within the United States.**Physical Demands**:While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms and lift up to 20 pounds. Standing and walking up to 8 hours per day is required at trade shows.
