You will be supported by the B2C Lead Engineer with guidance, support, and supervision in your role.While maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, you will respond promptly, and within the company’s Service Level Agreement (SLA). While providing support, you will utilize up-selling and cross-selling to promote Progressive Automations products.The TPE may collaborate closely with colleagues as necessary, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment. Documenting and communicating website, datasheet and product issues to the Lead Product Engineer will show strong attention to detail.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to stay committed to ongoing learning and professional development, and seek opportunities to expand your technical knowledge, and industry insights.**Required Skills and Experience**:- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.- Previous experience in a technical product engineering role, customer support, client services, sales or a related field.- Experience with linear motion, actuators, control systems or DC motors is considered an asset.- Ability to stay calm and de-escalate when customers are stressed or upset.- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and oral.- Experience working with CRMs and sales enablement platforms, like HubSpot, and familiarity with ERP systems, such as NetSuite.- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.- Availability to work during Pacific Time Zone business hours (40 hours/week)-- Saturday to Wednesday, with Thursday and Friday off after a training period of 3 months, or- Wednesday to Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off after a training period of 3 months**Who you are and what you will bring to the table**:- You possess a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor towards customers.
