We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Remote Help Desk Support Specialist **to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical assistance to our clients, resolving issues related to Microsoft Office, Apple devices, laptops, tablets, and more.**Responsibilities**:- Perform imaging of laptops and setup of new devices, including laptops, iPads, tablets, and phones.- Manage remote device/mobile device management using Manage Engine MDM.- Work with Active Directory for user management and access control (as needed).- Handle password resets and account management tasks.- Conduct printer troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role, preferably in a remote environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Apple devices.- Familiarity with remote device/mobile device management tools, preferably Manage Engine MDM.- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.- Experience in setting up and imaging laptops and other devices.- Knowledge of Active Directory and basic network concepts is a plus.- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are advantageous but not required.Pay: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: On the road
