This is a HYBRID role that requires two (2) days a week onsite in Mexico City, Mexico.Job SummaryField Solution Architect (FSA) plays a key role in delivering customer-centric solutions to financial institutions by working closely with customers and internal teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions. The FSA collaborates with multiple departments within Swift to provide technical expertise and guidance on complex projects. This position requires strong communication skills, technical acumen, and experience in solution architecture.ResponsibilitiesThe FSA works closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements. They analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The FSA provides technical leadership and mentors junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. They stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, incorporating them into the solution architecture process. Additionally, they contribute to product development initiatives by identifying opportunities for improvement based on market insights and customer feedback.Qualifications- University degree in computer science or related field; MBA or other relevant certification is a plus.- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in IT/financial industry, preferably in a bank or consultancy firm.- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.- Experience with solution selling methodologies and consultative approach.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.- Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend conferences.- Proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese language required- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.What we offer- We put you in control of career- We give you a competitive package- We help you perform at your best- We help you make a difference- We give you the freedom to be yourself- We give you the freedom to be yourself.
