**Demand Generation & Field Marketing Manager, Latin America - Mexico**:
**Why We Have this Role**
We're looking for an experienced Field and Demand Generation manager who has exceptional experience in managing and running strategic marketing programs across Latin America, with a particular focus on Mexico in 2025.
This person will be focused on building the Qualtrics brand within Latin America, alongside generating and progressing quality leads and pipeline for our sales team. This person would be part of our regional Demand Gen & Field Marketing team in the Americas, and they will work collaboratively across other marketing teams such as Brand, Digital, Comms, Thought Leadership, and Product Marketing.
We are looking for someone who is exceptional at partnering with Sales and Customer Success to develop inspiring and high-impact marketing strategies and drive strong execution of campaigns, evergreen, and events across multiple countries in Latin America. In particular, this individual will have a passion and experience for developing marketing activations for Enterprise strategic accounts in the form of 1:1 account-based marketing.

**Things You’ll Do**
**ABM Strategy Development**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account-based marketing strategies to engage high-value Enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify key accounts and create personalized marketing plans.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform ABM strategies.
**Campaign Management**:
- Lead the regional activation of global campaigns, including inputting field priorities into campaign scope, developing regional activation plans and account segmentations for the Latin American market.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track and measure campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and feedback.
