**Responsibilities**:- **Financial Strategy & Planning**: Lead the charge in budgeting and forecasting to drive strategic financial planning efforts.- ** Comprehensive Reporting**:Generate insightful financial reports covering budgets, accounts payable/receivable, expenses, and more.- ** Strategic Advisory**: Provide guidance on investment activities, crafting strategies aligned with our company's vision.- ** Financial Health Monitoring**: Ensure our financial well-being stays robust and resilient.- ** Performance Analysis**: Dive deep into cost, pricing, and sales data to evaluate performance.- ** Efficiency Optimization**: Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives to boost operational efficiency.- ** Audit Collaboration**: Work closely with auditors to maintain financial oversight and compliance.- ** Cash Flow Optimization**:Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and support our business objectives.- ** Leadership Reporting**:Deliver clear and concise monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reports to the leadership team.- ** Team Empowerment**:Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration by providing effective leadership and mentorship to your team.- ** Supervise Accounting Office**: Oversee the work of the accounting office for annual filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.- ** Manage State Fees and VATs**:Take charge of managing state fees and VAT payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- ** Supplier Relations**:Improve payment terms with suppliers to optimize cash flow and enhance vendor relationships.- ** Process Automation**: Lead initiatives to automate financial processes, driving efficiency and scalability.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration- +5 years' experience as a Finance Manager, with a track record of leading high-performing teams- Experience in E-commerce or retail industries preferred- Fluent English skills and exceptional communication abilities- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with top-level executives**What We Offer**:- 100% remote position, working from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST).- 10 days of PTO.- 6 days of holidays according to the country you are located.- Career Development: Opportunities for growth.**_Join our winning team_**Our success is built on long-term relationships, evident in our remarkable 96% retention rate.
