Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryJob summary:- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Product Engineer _located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._- Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager_ _Product Engineer role involves_ _responsible for receiving, evaluating, cleaning, and customizing all technical information / documentation from the customer related to their product, derived from a New Product Introduction (NPI) or a design change to establish all necessary processes to manufacture it by maintaining its design and performance integrity., warehousing and site facilities, maintenance, industrial engineering, and other manufacturing hold up activities._What a typical day looks like:- _ ECOS Management._- _ NPI Introductions._- _ CFT technical Leadership._- _ Handle product transfer and new product set up._- _ Support production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on production line._- _ Suggest improvements to process to obtain improved quality and production yield._- _ Solve product related problems and perform failure evaluation related to product issues._- _ Interact with customer and various departments on product related issues_- _ Work with design team to resolve design related issues._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Industrial, Mechatronics, Electromechanics Engineering._- _ Advance English._- _ Agile._- _ Flex flow._- _ BAAN._- _ Office._- _ Project Timeline._- _ Customer communication._- _ Drawing 2D Interpretation._- _ Solid Works, Creo, 3D drawing interpretation (nice to have)_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- _ Competitive Salary._- _ Life & Medical insurance._- _ Christmas Bonus._- _ Food Coupons._- _ Saving Fund._XS65Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
