Job seekers should be flexible, detail-oriented, and exhibit a high level of professionalism.**Compensation**:$8.50 - $12 hourly**Responsibilities**:- Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training- Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports- Review and advise on organizational policies, decision-making, and strategic planning for business administration and the annual budget- Meet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvement**Qualifications**:- Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or similar major- 3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR management- Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute**About Company**ESQgo® has been successfully serving the needs of Amazon entrepreneurs and brands around the world in over 35 different countries.
