**About the Role**: As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support our company’s growth. You’ll oversee the people side of the business, ensuring we maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment for all employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including job descriptions, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal regulations.
Oversee performance management, including reviews, goal setting, and professional development.
Foster a positive and inclusive company culture with team-building activities and employee support.
Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring open communication between management and staff.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across regions.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a remote environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency with HR software and remote collaboration tools.
