**Senior Manager, Human Resources** **-** **MXR0001****Description****Job Summary**:Design an HR approach aligned with the global HR strategy and taking into account the specific business needs of the region, countries and busines units. Act as an internal consultant to business leaders to help translate overall business strategies into workable solutions.**Essential Functions & Accountabilities**:- Design and lead the HR strategy in business partnership with the executive team, to support Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Recognition, Engagement, Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, and other HR-related competencies.- Ensure alignment to regional and global HR strategies, as well as to local and federal regulatory requirements.- Executes on the delivery of HR programs and services with partnership from our internal HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Technology) and corporate areas (ERG’s, My Wellness, One Cooper Communications)- Drive culture of positive engagement facilitating our employee survey, track results, give follow up to action plans and communicate and bring to life One Cooper best practices in the region.- Implement compensation and benefits programs that support business objectives in accordance to corporate guidance and ensures that they are competitive and equitable, and are maintained to be accurate and current.- Partner with the LATAM leadership team to develop a strong talent strategy aligned with the business strategy- Guide people strategy tracking HR metrics in the region to improve decisions on workforce diversity, employee retention and talent acquisition.- Manage HR budget and ensure budget follow-up along the fiscal year working with Finance and Latin America General Manager- Provide team guidance and leadership to People Managers. Initiate & manage individual and team coaching for development.- Lead the LATAM HR team to provide consistent services and practices to our employees in line with country and business needs.- Requires some international travel.**Qualifications****Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:- Demonstrated experience exhibiting strategic leadership skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships and working relationships across functions, levels, and locations.- Strong analytical skills, insights and the ability to use results to build business cases and the ability to effectively communicate those to the client group.- Advanced project management skills- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.- Experience working with empowered/self-directed work team.- Ability to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity- Strong change management and organizational development skills- Strong business acumen- Fluent in English. Portuguese desirable**Work Environment**:- Normal office environment**Experience**:- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources management supporting a global organization.- HR Generalist expertise: Compensation & Benefits, employee relations/Labor law, organizational and employee development, recruitment and selection and HR systems.- Experience leading HR in multiple countries (Desirable)- Some working experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry (Desirable)**Education**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field- Degree in HR competencies: Coaching, Human Capital Development, Talent Management, Change Management- Master’s degree is preferred**Job**: Human Resources**Primary Location**: Mexico-Mexico Remote-MXR**Other Locations**: Mexico-Mexico Remote**Organization**: CVI Human Resources**Schedule**: Full-time**Unposting Date**: Ongoing
