Digital Asset Coordinator / Junior Graphic Designer - Virtual Professional (VP)**Function**: Marketing / Production**Location**: Remote (Philippines, Latin America, or India)**Rate**: $4-7/hr**Type**: Full-Time (8:30 a.m.5:00 p.m. ET overlap required)**Reports To**: Marketing Operations LeadWhat You’ll OwnWe’re hiring an asset management + junior design hybrid who will transform raw field photos into a usable, searchable asset library. You’ll tag, categorize, and manage content across CompanyCam, Google Drive, and other platforms. You’ll also support light design tasks (collages, templates, branded graphics), growing into more advanced design work over time.This role ensures our clients always have clean, ready-to-use visual assets.Role Clarity Framework**A. Primary Functions**- Tag and categorize 250+ photos/day with ≥98% accuracy- Maintain folder structures and SOPs across platforms- Cross-reference data with CRM for alignment- Perform light design tasks (collages, simple branding)- Provide weekly dashboards of progress and backlog**B. Systems Ownership**- CompanyCam- Google Drive/Photos- Canva (Adobe Suite as skills grow)**C. Measurable Deliverables**- 250+ assets tagged daily at 98%+ accuracy- Organized and searchable libraries across brands- 2-3 branded design assets per week- Weekly dashboards submitted by Friday EOD**D. Support Task Delegation**- Data entry or bulk file management- Routine tagging from backlogThe G.R.I.T.
