**Key Responsibilities**:- **Marketing Automation Strategy: Design and implement scalable marketing automation programs to support customer lifecycle marketing and business objectives.**:- Analytics & Optimization : Conduct independent analysis using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, and PowerBI to track performance and optimize campaigns for improved results.- Project Management : Lead end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, collaboration with stakeholders, and resolution of challenges.**Qualifications**:- Fluent English (written and spoken)- Marketing Technology : Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, and Pendo- Analytical Skills : Ability to conduct independent analysis using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, and PowerBI to measure campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights.- Project Management : Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives, prioritize, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.- Collaboration : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.- Bonus : Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), particularly Adobe Experience Platform, is highly desirable.Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week.
