And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:We are looking for an experienced **Process Improvement Leader**to join our LCS Operational Excellence team. You will lead programs to improve processes, increase efficiency, and implement sustainable changes across our organization.**Your Responsibilities**:- You will work on Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and lead process improvement programs from Define to Control.- Recommend improvements which increase efficiency based on data and facts- Project Management: Manage multiple projects defining the project scope and results- You will manage the project resources and risks ensuring the project delivers the projected benefits on time and on scope- Develop project plans by identifying deliverables, duration and risks.- Lead meetings and create presentations on project progress- Quantify Results: Help deliver operational efficiency target.- You will use data skills to quantity project results in a simple and clear manner.- Build Relationships: Develop cross-departmental relationships, leveraging to foster collaboration, and achieve project goals.**The Essentials - You Will Have**:- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Project Management: 5+ years of experience in project management.
