**About the Role**We’re building a world-class AI-powered social content team—and we’re looking for creative, technical, and platform-obsessed talent to help us take over TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and X.This hybrid role blends **AI content creation** with **social platform growth strategy**.You will create short-form videos using cutting-edge generative AI tools (Heygen, Runway, Leonardo.ai and others) _and_ grow audiences across channels through smart strategy, trend awareness, and data-driven optimisation.If you live on social media, know what trends will hit before they hit, and love creating fast, this role is for you.**Key ResponsibilitiesAI Content Creation (Daily Output)**- Produce daily short-form videos using AI tools (Heygen, Runway LM, Leonardo.ai, ElevenLabs, Pika/Sora, etc.)- Generate visual assets, scenes, avatars, or b-roll using AI tools- Script, ideate, edit, caption, and publish videos optimised for each platform- Convert long-form articles, FAQs, and educational content into short-form social videos- Sync AI voiceovers, subtitles, captions, music, and motion graphics- Experiment aggressively with formats, hooks, templates, and visual styles**Social Strategy & Growth**- Lead growth strategy across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and X- Build and maintain content calendars aligned with campaigns, seasonality, and platform behaviour- Identify trends early and turn them into content opportunities- Use analytics to track what works, what doesn’t, and what should be scaled- Run platform-specific experiments (thumbnails, hooks, posting times, hashtag clusters)- Optimise for watch time, completion rate, shares, comments, and virality- Engage with relevant communities to boost visibility and brand presence- Collaborate with the creative team to align visuals, templates, and output with brand tone**Required Skills & ExperienceFor AI Content Creation**- 1-3 years experience in content creation _or_ a portfolio demonstrating strong short-form video skills- Strong prompt engineering and generative AI skills(Heygen, Runway, Leonardo.ai strongly preferred)- Ability to create compelling hooks, pacing, and storytelling- Experience editing with CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar- Ability to deliver content fast (daily output expected)**For Social Strategy & Growth**- 2-3+ years hands-on experience growing YouTube/TikTok/Instagram/X accounts- Proven results with audience growth, engagement, and content performance- Deep knowledge of platform algorithms and trend cycles- Strong data literacy: analytics → insights → action- Ability to guide other creators and influence creative direction**General Skills**- English fluency- Strong communication and collaboration across teams- Ability to work US hours- Comfortable with a fast-moving, experimentation-heavy environment**Nice to Have**- Understanding of SEO or LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization)- Motion graphics, animation, or 3D experience- Experience with UGC-style content or influencer collaborations- A background in storytelling or digital marketing**Why Join Us?**- Work in a high-energy, creative environment- Help develop a cutting-edge AI-first content engine- Be part of a scaling team with room to specialise (platform lead, creator, strategist)- Use industry-leading tools (Heygen, Runway LM, Leonardo.ai, ElevenLabs, etc.)- Competitive salaryPay: From $14,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Please share 2-3 links to your best short-form content (AI-generated or edited by you)- Which social platforms have you successfully grown, and what specific results did you achieve?- Which AI tools are you most comfortable with and what have you built with them?**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
