**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC5002: Carrier - Plant B, Carretera a García Km. 1.3, Parque STIVA, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico**Misión**Dar soporte a produccion en la fabricacion de los productos definendo máquina, equipo, herramienta y fixtures para la operación y pruebas liberándolos correctamente, define procedimientos, hojas de métodos, hojas de parámetros y ayudas visuales, desarrollando e impartiendo planes de entrenamiento para las operaciones criticas.**Principales Responsabilidades**- Responsable de la definición, adquisición, implementación y/o modificación de la maquinaria, equipo, herramienta y fixtures necesarios para el proceso.- Define e implementa acciones de cierre o mejora derivadas de la operación, auditorías internas/externas, ISO, LPAs, 5Ss, EH&S, Andon, Tier´s, Reclamos internos y externos etc.- Implementación y ejecución de proyectos (introducción de nuevos productos, cambios de ingeniería, desviaciones de proceso, proyectos de insource, entre otros) basados en metodologia APQP y Pasaporte- Soportar la fabricación de productos de acuerdo a las líneas asignadas cumpliendo los estándares de ingeniera, calidad, seguridad y operación brindando una increíble experiência al cliente- Generar, administrar y controlar los cambios de proceso cuando se requiera- Generar proyectos de ahorro validados financieramente para optimizar los procesos y cumplir con los indicadores establecidos.- En equipo definir las herramientas necesarias para la medición y control de los KCs del proceso además de la certificación de los mismos mediante el programa ProCert**Requerimientos**- Ing. Mecatrónica, Ing. Electrónica y automatización o Ingenierías afines.- Ingles conversacioanal- Lean Manufacturing- 3 años de experiência en la industria de manufactura electronica, deseable en sistemas refrigerantes.- Pruebas Eléctricas, Run Test, Vacumm test, Burst Test, Cargadoras de refrigerante, pruebas de presión etc.- LabVIEW- Thingworx**Carrier is An Equal **Opportunity/Affirmative** Action Employer.
