**Engineering Head**As an Engineering Head: You will be responsible of the Plant Leadership team. You’ll provide technical expertise and management around capital projects, construction projects, facility maintenance, and much more. By driving our improvement culture with our Kellogg Work Systems model, you contribute to our growth and success.**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Project Management - Leading and directing continuous technical improvement of the facility, equipment and production systems. You will be ensuring effective execution of projects by meeting program objectives, project budgets and schedules. Collaboration is important with corporate engineering, contracted service partners, Plant Operations teams, and Quality teams.- Strategy & Scorecards - You will be partnering with Global Engineering to deploy corporate technical business strategies that align them with plant strategies and performance goals. You will be establishing and ensuring achievement of all function-specific Key Performance Indicators and Kellogg Work Systems continuous improvement efforts.- Budget Management - You will be committed to having an owner’s mindset in this role, and financial success plays a big part. You will be managing, preparing, and justifying expenses and capital budgets for the Engineering & Facilities department**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**- Fluent English (mandatory)- Bachelor degree in Engineering or another technical related field and/or extensive managerial and technical background in a related field or role- Travel Availability- Project management, communication, budgeting, and excellent human relations skills- Management experience in a technical capacity- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills- Influence ability- Results driven- People management- Collaborate- Strategic mindset- Courage**LET’S CREATE THE FUTURE OF FOOD**Kellogg Recruitment
