This is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required.**- Role is comprised of ALL project based work- Compile and analyze data, and identify recommendations and business cases for process improvements.- Work across various departments, business units, and geographical locations- Document new business processes and work instructions- Assist in creating and implementing departmental metrics and reporting.- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.**GENERAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**- Strong interpersonal skills to interact in a team environment and foster business relationships.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Must be able to understand Finance needs and supporting Information Systems capabilities.- Comfort in presenting results/progress- Detail-oriented and organized.- Strong understanding of SOX compliance- Advanced verbal and written communication skills- Ability to tolerate ambiguity and lack of structure during early phases.**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Data analytics is a plus.- Beginner/Advanced skills in Alteryx platform (Designer and Server) with a minimum certification of Alteryx Designer Core or willingness to become certified.- Beginner/Advanced designer skills in PowerBl/Tableau or similar data visualization systems- Proficient in using database systems such as SQL and/or Snowflake- Experience using the following is a plus:- ERP systems (Oracle, JDE, SAP, etc.)- Robotic Process Automation (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.)
