**Vendor Management Analyst (Finance Management)**

The VM Finance Management Analyst provides clients vendor finance management and governance services, support for Contract Set-Up (On-boarding) Services, and various defined Operational Support Services as defined in the Avasant VMaaS Service Catalog according to the specific requirements for which the client has contracted to satisfy.

**Experience and required skills**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Bachelor's degree
- Collaborative approach and effective communication with internal teams, suppliers and customers
- Excellent customer service
- Fluency in English (at least 90% written and spoken)
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Available to work remotely

**Responsibilities**
- Tracking, reviewing, approving, and submit invoices for payment processing
- Manage invoice dispute process with the vendors
- Manage client requests and queries.
- Uploading and archiving invoice data.
- On a monthly basis, reporting payment status to clients and vendors
- Maintaining invoice repository information up to date
