The pride in our brand fuels a workplace that encourages creative thinking, champions experimentation, and promotes authenticity which has contributed to our enduring success.If you want to work for a company that lives by their values, then give your career a reason to smile...every single day.The **Supply Network Planner** is the responsible to ensure proper execution on commercial strategy by managing an effective E2E execution thru synchronizing demand and supply processes to achieve 100% case fill.**Responsibilities**:- Balancing Demand and Supply - Executes daily/weekly/monthly planning cycle priorities ensuring:- Product availability at DC’s.- Right-Sized inventory levels.- Synchronization of new product introduction and sourcing transitions.- Balance of Service vs Cost - optimizes customer service at the minimum cost level.- Data Analytics - uses supply chain data and tools to drive information-based decisions.- Support continuous improvement initiatives - develops and implements best practices related to finished goods replenishment, inventory management and system utilization.- Collaboration - identify and close gaps with Demand Planning, Production Planning, Transportation, Warehouse Operations and Customer Service to achieve efficient, cost effective supply planning in meeting CS&L service and cost goals/KPI's and improving supplier responsiveness- System/Process Development - Executes "Best Practice" supply planning processes identified by leadership to maximize customer service, minimize cost, and optimize inventory.**Requirements**:- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related career.- Advanced English level.- 3 years of experience in supply planning.- Experience working with SAP - APO.- Proficiency in Excel.- Desirable experience planning production lines for a manufacturing plant.- Desirable Google Tools proficiency.LI-HybridEqual Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.
