In this position, you will understand the local market, competitive landscape, consumer needs, define the product value proposition, establish brand and market positioning objectives for complex products, ensuring that our offerings provide us with a competitive advantage in local markets and drive business growth.**Role Responsibilities**:- Lead the creation of tailored product plans and strategies for the LACA region, aligning with regional business goals, market trends, and customer insights.- Establish product, brand and market positioning objectives for key products within the LACA region, ensuring a competitive edge and clear value proposition that meets local needs.- Oversee product offerings specific to the LACA market, including defining features, functionality, pricing, and distribution strategies to optimize market reach and profitability.- Drive the product roadmap by collaborating with Business Intelligence, local business units, and regional teams to build a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the LACA region.- Generate innovative product concepts and architect product roadmaps that align with strategic objectives for the LACA market.- Define key end-product requirements, including product specifications, market analysis, business cases, development, testing, and launch plans, ensuring successful product introductions tailored to the LACA region.- Ensure adequate Product Definitions that are clear and feasible for technology to implement in the required time.**Role Requirements**- Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products in the LACA region or similar markets.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate regional data into actionable insights and strategies.- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across diverse cultures.- Familiarity with market research techniques and competitive analysis specific to the LACA region.**We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
