**Job Function**:Pharmaceutical Sales**Job Sub**Function**:Sales - Immunology (Commission)**Job Category**:People Leader**All Job Posting Locations**:Mexico City, Mexico**Main Responsibilities**:- Meets or exceeds established sales goals through the implementation of sales activities. Also contribute and support strategy development.- Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.- Works closely with marketing and access to implement monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan.- Establishes team and individual sales goals and provides effective coaching of sales representatives to consistently improve their performance. - Ensures sales activities are in compliance with local (per country) and company regulations, policies and procedures.- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and sales on both a group and individual level.- Prepares and controls sale representatives execution budget (micromarketing); Assists sales representatives with questions and supports customers requiring additional assistance. - Interviews, hires, trains and evaluates the performance of sales representatives.- Administers promotions and incentives and provides motivation as needed to sales representatives.- Establishes and tracks metrics (KPI's, dashboards, etc.) to assess initiative performance - As a commercial member, contributes and provides information to Business Unit Head and management regarding probability of sales, emerging customer issues, and competitor data as observed in area of responsibility- Maintains the highest standards of ethics, quality, compliance and accountability; acts in accordance with the J&J Credo to create a supportive environment for others to report potentially unethical or noncompliant activity, ensuring employee ownership for compliance and quality.- Demonstrated track record in leading and developing sales teams.- Understanding of the healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry business cycle, especially public accounts in Mexico.**Qualifications -**Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree- Experience and Skills:Required:- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience- At least two (2) years of experience within sales- To have experience leading work teams.- A positive, inclusive style when working with others- Ability to challenge the status quo and influence senior leaders to drive tangible results- It is not a requirement to come from the pharmaceutical industry- Availability to travel 50% of time- Intermediate level of the English language proficiency- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages and tools to report interactions and medical visits- Experience in Marketing is a preferred- Safe Fleet requirements:Since this position is eligible for Company Car as working tool, the following is also required:- Valid driver’s license
