A Jr. IT Help Desk Specialist at Infineon is responsible for providing assistance and technical support to internal users regarding hardware, software, and networking issues. They troubleshoot technical problems, log and track incidents, and provide basic technology guidance and training. Their goal is to ensure an efficient working environment and help maintain the operationality of the company's computer systems.**Job description**:**In your new role you will:- Resolving **incidents **and change requests: Efficiently address and resolve incidents and change **requests **in relevant areas to ensure stable operations.- Conducting **root cause analysis**: Analyze the root cause of incidents and implement measures to prevent their recurrence in your areas of responsibility.- Collaborating **cross-functionally**:Work collaboratively with other IT teams and functions to continuously improve our services.- Participating in projects: Contribute to projects and bring **creativity **and **innovation **to your work.**Your Profile**:**You are best equipped for this task if you have:- **Bachelor's Degree **in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.- Strong proficiency in **English **is mandatory.- Excellent **communication **and interpersonal skills.- Capable of working independently with **mínimal supervision.**:- Willingness to **learn **and work efficiently.- Team player with a **customer-centric **approach.- Experience in IT Support or IT Service Management is a plus.- **Fresh graduates **are encouraged to apply.- Must possess a valid **US visa and Mx passport or US passport.**:- **Immediate availability to travel abroad.
