This is an IT help desk position for a company with a headcount of 300 associates, 100 of them have company equipment, you would also be coordinating with Cybersecurity and two other IT help desk team members under your umbrella.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:Provides remote technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, software, drivers, etc. Receive, prioritize and resolve end user incidents in accordance with IT Service Desk SLA’s.Installation and use of security tools (e.g., firewalls, data encryption, antivirus), to protect sensitive information all in a cloud based environment.Provide continuous education to end users to learn about security procedures.Recommend security enhancements that maximize cost benefit.Coordinate Help Desk Team.Manage and troubleshoot when required the CCTV for the company premises.Coordinate troubleshooting on site when required to company equipment, order parts or material needed for cleanup or repair.Coordinate that company assets are registered and properly cataloged.Coordinate that the Internet is up and running in the physical office.Schedule ahead of time the purchase order for all licenses required for the department.**Education**:Computer science degree is required.**Experience on the following systems/roles**:Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in an IT technical support role, leadership skills.VPN,**Skills**:- Ability to communicate orally and written with clients, vendors, management, staff and coworkers is crucial.- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.- Must speak English**Set Up**:- Home office 3 days a week, 2 days a week work onsite (Mondays & Tuesdays)- You must have your own computer equipment, I5 or equivalent with 8GB RAM as a minimum- Double Monitor- Internet connection of a minimum of 50MB,Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $6,279.07 - $6,279.08 a la semanaHorario:- Turno de 8 horasTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualExperiência:- IT Help Desk: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles avanzado (Obligatorio)
