Se solicita **People Operations Analyst **para la zona de trabajo **Miguel Hidalgo**:**Responsabilidades**:- Analizar los procesos actuales de recursos humanos y operaciones para identificar áreas de mejora y optimización.- Desarrollar y mantener los sistemas de información de recursos humanos y bases de datos, garantizando la integridad de los datos y la eficiencia en el procesamiento.- Crear y generar informes y análisis de datos, identificando tendencias y patrones para informar la toma de decisiones de la empresa.- Identificar y resolver problemas y desafíos relacionados con los procesos, trabajando en colaboración con otros departamentos y líderes empresariales.- Garantizar que se cumplan las políticas y procedimientos de la organización, y mantener actualizados los manuales de políticas y procedimientos.- Disposición para mantener (desde la Admisión, Gestión, Administración y Disposición de Casos) un Sistema de Gestión de herramientas y licencias de la firma.- Atención inquebrantable a los detalles y disposición para arremangarse y realizar trabajos tácticos y estratégicos de alto nível.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o similar (titulado)- Conocimiento del idioma inglés a nível profesional (lectura, escritura, conversación).- 3+ años de experiência profesional en Recursos Humanos.- Conocimientos de Microsoft Office.Si se encuentra interesado en la vacante o desea mayor información, favor de postularse por este medio con su CV actualizado para generarle una cita.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoLicencia/Certificación:- Licencia de conducir (Deseable)
