**Compensation**:$5 - $15 hourly**Responsibilities**:- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book travel arrangements for executives- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communication- Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documents as needed- Plan, organize, and manage company events, including conferences, meetings, and team-building activities- Assist in preparing and organizing files, documents, and contracts- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and other topics as needed- Provide management and reporting meetings with the owners to inform them of campaign conversion and provide suggestions on how to improve- Support our marketing efforts by managing all social media platforms, including creating and monitoring daily posts- Book and manage virtual meetups and podcasts- Continually work on conversions and awareness- Focus on high-net-worth individuals who have full-time jobs and little time to learn how to invest- Create new ideas and keep up with marketing strategies- Update investors and create financial reports depicting the process of the business plan and any announcements- Complete tasks remotely- Conduct follow-up calls and informational calls- Raise awareness of the company raising money to grow investment dollars in apartments and deliver tax savings- Source deals and generate leads- Help with managing budgets and expense reports**Qualifications**:- 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties- Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information- High school diploma or G.E.D. required- Familiar with Microsoft Office- Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills**About Company**This company is expanding and needs new and passionate team players to drive it to success.
