For this reason he/she is privileged interlocutor of customer for all aspects concerning definition of product. He is responsible for design & development of new products or amendments of existing products by integrating constraints planning, process, quality and costs. He/She is responsible for definition of concepts and technological choices, of quality of study and technical dossier given to customers as well as costs and completion dates._**_Main missions of the role are :_**- To carry out well its mission PDL must be pressed on its team (Design Industry-leading, Specialistsand to animate it to achieve their goals common run and to guarantee stakes customer/intern. With this intention, it must necessarily delegate part of the spots listed below (nonrestrictive):_- To communicate on new programs in RFQ/Developpement by organizing "kick off meeting" with its team for, amongst other things, sharing objectives and various internal/offsite stakes._- To animate its team by giving him instructions technical, financial complete and precise as well as associated planning._- To organize weekly meeting of its team._- To define and manage budget of programs to its freight by utisant inputs of its team._- To create and manage planning of development by integrating planning of whole of its team (CAD, simulation, testing ) and to make sure of respect of validated version._- To take part in definition of plan of validation and to follow its advance._- To plan and control produced AMDEC, follow-up of KPC, KCC and follow-up of design._- To take part in definition of Customer need in particular by writing functional specifications._- To manage concepts and to solidify a ruggedized design._- To support its team in technical research solution and to work in Engénieurie simultaneous with PML to integrate constraint upstream._- To carry out technical dossier of definition produces and justification of definition (AMDEC, Plan of validation ) and to archive various versions, to preserve history of them._- To take part in tuning models, prototypes, standards and to follow their technical realization._- To guarantee that the bill of materials machines (or proto) is on line with Produit bill of materials (CHEOPS)_- To make sure of the conformity of design with specifications customers and interns._- To ensure a regular and effective reporting has its hierarchical and functional N+1_- In add-in of his principal activities, the incumbent will be able to have to take part in of Task forces or to have freight of activities of improvement or transverses (functional spot) to service to ensure his good performance._- o To have delegation to control team D&D which is affected to him and to make the decisions with regard to design of products (design, validation, test _- o To manage budget of development within limits defined by PM_**_- Minimum Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering._**_ Experience _**_: 7 to 10 years of experience in the field as of industrial vehicles or car_**_ Skills & competencies _**_:_- Good knowledge and experiment in project management_- Control functional quotation/ISO quotation_- Knowledge of the modes of obtaining and assembly of the metal parts (cutting, welding, stamping _- Current English_- Real aptitude to evolve in an international environment_- Capacitance and team spirit to be communicated to the writing and the oral examination_Faurecia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
