Descripción General del Puesto: El Director de finanzas es responsable de las actividades financieras de México y Centroamérica, incluyendo tesorería, crédito y cobranza, contabilidad, impuestos y planeación financiera. Reportando y realizando análisis de todas las actividades de negocio que incluyen el lado comercial, así como la cadena de suministro. Es el portavoz financiero para los países asignados reportando al Director General y siendo el soporte táctico y estratégico en la gestión del presupuesto, análisis de costo-beneficio, necesidades de proyección y planeación estratégica.

Misión/Objetivos:

  • Supervisar y coordinar la ejecución de la estrategia y planeación anual tanto para la BU como para el área de SC incluyendo la actualización del presupuesto y proyección.
  • Liderar al equipo para asegurar la entrega semanal y mensual de la información de gestión financiera y comentarios de alto nivel.
  • Asegurar un flujo de información efectivo para la toma de decisiones de negocio.
  • Convertir las metas de negocio en objetivos de desarrollo de negocio.
  • Identificar riesgos y oportunidades para resolver problemas proactivamente.
  • Entregar reportes mensuales y análisis ad hoc a terceros.
  • Comunicar a la región hechos significativos que puedan afectar el negocio.

Responsabilidades principales y actividades:

Análisis y planeación financiera:

  • Entrega de planes efectivos para presupuestos y proyecciones.
  • Entregar análisis financieros y asesorar en áreas con riesgos financieros.
  • Asegurar un flujo de información efectivo para la toma de decisiones de negocio.
  • Supervisar las actividades de planeación financiera asignadas a nivel local.
  • Desarrollar y dar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño.
  • Revisar y monitorear los presupuestos de gastos de capital.
  • Emitir los estados financieros para la entidad comercial.
  • Evaluar regularmente la CFP regional de la actividad empresarial.

Operaciones de contabilidad:

  • Definir políticas contables conforme a los principios generales de contabilidad.
  • Desarrollar y mantener el control interno de la estructura financiera.
  • Implementar mejoras que aseguren la integridad de los controles financieros internos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento con la normatividad estatal y federal.

Impuestos:

  • Coordinar estrategias de planeación de impuestos.
  • Supervisar la gestión de impuestos y asegurar colaboración efectiva.
  • Definir precios de transferencia y asegurar su implementación local.

Eficiencias de procesos y operacional:

  • Fortalecer e implementar políticas y procedimientos para mejorar la operación.
  • Proveer asesoría técnica financiera y métodos de mejora continua.
  • Desarrollar un proceso preciso para monitorear el flujo de efectivo.
  • Brindar soporte e incentivar la innovación en la toma de decisiones de negocio.

Liderazgo funcional:

  • Revisar la organización actual de finanzas y diseñar la estructura óptima.
  • Evaluar al equipo y determinar habilidades necesarias.
  • Brindar coaching y soporte a una mentalidad de servicio.
  • Atraer y retener talento financiero.
  • Definir metas apropiadas y brindar retroalimentación efectiva.

Relaciones Principales:

Internas: Equipo de Finanzas México, comité de dirección, CFO, Director General, Director de Mercadotecnia, Director de SC, Gerente de Recursos Humanos.

Externas: Auditores externos, autoridades regulatorias, responsables de finanzas de socios de negocio.

Experiencia Requerida:

  • 7 a 10 años de experiencia en finanzas y contabilidad en empresas de alimentos y bebidas.
  • Experiencia en la industria de vinos y licores es considerado un plus.

Educación:

  • Licenciatura en Administración financiera, contaduría pública o afín, titulado.
  • Deseable Maestría.
