As a family-owned company, our commitments to our people, products, customers, and corporate values, are all part of our recipe for success.**Nombre de la posición**:Customer Service & Export Coordinator**Objetivo de la posición**:Gestionar las solicitudes de clientes de la región, actuando como enlace entre el área de operaciones de Norteamérica y el equipo comercial, asegurando la ejecución puntual y adecuada de los embarques.Contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos del negocio mediante la planificación, ejecución y evaluación de las actividades del área de Customer Service.**Principales responsabilidades**:- Garantizar la correcta y oportuna administración de órdenes de compra.- Facilitar la comunicación efectiva entre el equipo de operaciones en Norteamérica y el equipo comercial.- Evaluar procesos actuales y proponer mejoras tanto para el área comercial como para operaciones en Norteamérica.- Identificar y gestionar riesgos operativos asociados a la logística internacional.- Colaborar en la gestión estratégica del negocio para asegurar la alineación con los objetivos corporativos.- Cumplir con las métricas del área (KPI, tiempos de resolución de casos, desempeño en ejecución de órdenes, reportes OTIF, entre otros).**Educación y experiência**:- Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Relaciones Internacionales o carrera afín.- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en servicio al cliente, ventas internas y logística internacional.**Idiomas y sistemas operativos**:- Manejo de SAP.- Manejo de Microsoft Office.- Inglés conversacional de negocios, indispensable.**Habilidades**:- Vocación de servicio y orientación al cliente.- Comunicación clara, efectiva y asertiva.- Atención a los detalles.- Trabajo colaborativo y en equipo.- Desarrollo de un fuerte sentido de urgencia para la gestión eficiente de tareas.An Equal Opportunity Employer.
