Customer Service Agent - FP Diesel Technical**Location**: Centrum MX**Reports to**:Customer Experience Director**Primary Functions**:2. Assist customers with the following:a. Placing orders and stock checksb. Order/pricing discrepanciesc. Returnsd. Promotional orderse. Packing slips, invoices and tracking info3. Provide comprehensive account management for large FP Diesel accounts.**4.Application look-up for heavy duty engine components.**5. Capture and log lost kit and component sales for FP Diesel line.7. Other duties as assigned by Manager.**Education**: Mechanical Engineer.Diesel Mechanical Engineer.Electrical Mechanical Engineer.Automotive Mechanical Technician.**Experience**: 3-5 years in the position**Language**: English intermediate level**Availability to travel**: When required by business needs.
