Are you a goal-driven B2B sales professional with a passion for building strategic partnerships and helping businesses grow? Join our team as a **Part-Time Partner Manager** and play a key role in expanding our network of clinic partners in the medical tourism industry.**What You’ll Do**:As a Partner Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with potential clinic partners. Your core focus will be on understanding clinic needs and providing them with compelling solutions through our services. Key responsibilities include:- **Prospecting** - Identify and research potential partner clinics via online platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram), industry events, and professional networks.- **Qualifying** - Assess whether prospective clinics meet quality service requirements.- **Presenting** - Conduct personalized meetings and presentations that highlight our services and value proposition.- **Handling Objections** - Address concerns or objections and offer persuasive, well-informed responses.- **Closing Deals** - Guide clinics through the decision-making process and close deals confidently.- **Follow-Up** - Support partners post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and strengthening long-term relationships.**What We’re Looking For**:2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management (preferably in the medical tourism space)Fluent in English (spoken and written)Strong communication, listening, and writing skillsAbility to build trust and long-term relationships with diverse stakeholdersExperience working independently in a remote/home-office setupComfortable working non-traditional hours (including nights/weekends as needed to meet targets)Willingness to travel internationally >15% of the timeFamiliarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) and productivity software (Google Workspace or MS Office)Social media fluency (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram)**Nice to Have**:➕ Knowledge of medical/dental procedures and terminology➕ Previous international travel experience**Expectations**:- Hit monthly sales quotas- Work part-time hours while delivering full-time energy and results- Manage your time and tasks effectively while working remotely**Equipment Requirements**:- High-speed internet connection- Reliable computer and mobile device with audio/video capabilitiesWe’d love to hear from you.
