We are currently seeking a Network Security Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).- The Advisor would work on Requests, Changes, Incidents and Problem records to support our customers' network security environment.- Implement Network Security solutions and provide operational support in a customer environment.- Will provide technical escalation to L1 support engineers- Provide Oncall support for high severity incidents in a 24x7 environment- Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure.- Act as point of escalation for the Network Security team and collaborate with internal Dell services support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.- Ensure that Service Level Agreements and operational standards are met.- Perform system maintenance, checkups and maintain current documentation.- Provide resolution plans for device issues.- Propose service, process and technical improvements to management.**About NTT DATA Services****NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
