SMT ExperienceResponsible for optimizing the overall cost of materials, developing the supply base and supply chain strategies, proper monitoring of the entire NPI project, proper configuration of all master materials, configuration of appropriate parameters in the ERP system.- Analyze and project component purchase prices that accurately reflect the inventory value for a financial period in the Standard Costing process.- Create weekly purchase orders including all customerparts- Support, execute and provide inputs to improve the initiatives and strategies of the factory.- Continuously optimize ppv by reducing the cost of materials and limiting unfavorable PPV. Work with business unit managers-directors to obtain authorization from customers for additional expenses, such as material premiums or freight and tool charges incurred on behalf of the client.- Monitor, track and provide feedback on supplier performance on overall cost, delivery and quality.- Communicate expectations to suppliers. Conduct supplier audits/visits, certifications and performance reviews to develop and continuously improve the supply base.- Work with material quote analysts-finance team to quote new and existing materials. Frequently, relist and trade to capitalize on cost-cutting opportunities. Select suppliers based on overall cost and benefit, including price, tariff, freight, flexibility, service, performance, quality, and terms and conditions.*Negotiate terms and conditions that protect the best interest of FOXCONN and its customers. Negotiate liability terms, special stocking arrangements, and other agreements that are outside of standard FOXCONN terms and conditions.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $14,720.00 al mesHorario:- Turno matutino
