**About the Team**We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.**Tasks**:- Identify and recruit affiliates, trading influencers, and content creators via WhatsApp, Telegram, social media, and local trading forums.- Build strategic partnerships with trading academies and educational institutions across target regions.- Develop and execute market-specific outreach strategies that resonate with local audiences.- Support partners through the onboarding process and provide ongoing guidance to improve their performance.- Track affiliate performance using CRMs or spreadsheets and deliver actionable feedback.- Analyze key performance metrics (e.g., FTDs, activation rates) to optimize acquisition and retention strategies.**Requirements**:- Fluent Spanish - Essential for all communication across target markets.- Strong understanding of affiliate structures, especially within trading or financial sectors.- Experience with outreach through WhatsApp, Telegram, and unconventional prospecting channels.- Proven ability to find and engage influencers on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok.- Comfortable managing leads and partner pipelines using CRM systems or Excel.- Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on key performance indicators.- General knowledge of financial markets (binary/options trading is a plus).- Understanding of the nuances and preferences of Mexican, Colombian, Bolivian, and Ecuadorian audiences.**We offer**:- Full-time remote work model (External vendor contract);- Competitive remuneration;- Performance-based bonuses;- Flexible working hours;- Friendly, enjoyable, and positive environment.Currently, over 700 employees and service providers are stationed across its seven global offices located in the UK, Gibraltar, the UAE, the Bahamas, Australia, and the headquarters in Cyprus.
