**EMPRESA AUTOMOTRIZ IMPORTANTE****Solicita**:**New Projects Coordinator****Descripción y Requisitos****SUMMARY**:Coordinate and lead the functional departments in the implementation of new projects and engineering changes.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Organizes a plan for the involvement of the functional departments in launching new projects.- Participate in estimates to detect future needs of the operation (Forward planning)- Establish execution plans for new projects, controlling their progress and monitoring deviations. Ensuring appropriate escalation to detect risks.- Responsible for engineering changes and their dissemination at all levels of the process.- Administration of the capital budget for the project.- Keeps the different levels informed of the progress of project implementation.- It is responsible for maintaining contact on best launch practices that are aimed at preventing risks that impact the operation and the client.- Ensure the participation of multifunctional areas in project meetings (PDT's).**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Industrial or related career preferred- 3 + years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment- High proficiency in using MS Office software.- Communication skills.- Must be fluent in English.Puesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
