**BMP TECHNOLOGIES MEXICO****Solicita**:**IT Coordinator****Descripción y Requisitos****BMP TECHNOLOGIES MEXICO****Solicita: IT Coordinator*****Descripción y Requisitos*****IT Coordinator****Responsibilities**- Assistance in the support and maintenance of technological devices.- Management and attention to requests or incidents in the Help Desk.- Asset management (Laptops, computers, IoT, etc.)- Preparation and configuration of hardware for users.- Investigate and resolve technical problems related to hardware and software.- Complete IT projects in a timely manner.- Software and hardware verification for future updates.- Communicate and enforce the policies and procedures of IT services.- Stay up-to-date on new technologies for hardware and software.- Management and requisition of software and hardware providers.- Maintenance and attention to label printers.- Support departments in carrying out new projects.- Creation and development of reports in Excel.- Support and training for new users on the ERP system (DELMIAWorks / EIQ.)- Support and attention to users in a timely manner.- Works with end users to maintain and keep the shared file server organized- Acts as primary liaison with Corporate IT Department for IT and ERP related issues (user issues, employee updates, new user requests, etc.)- Acts as a secondary liaison with Corporate IT contractor as required and necessary to support Juarez- Supports remote users located domestically (Remote Sales)- Acts as a liaison between Corporate IT and domestic vendors as required**skills and experience**- Advanced verbal and written communication in English.- Bachelor's degree or Certificate in an area of Information Technology.- Hands-on experience with desktop and laptop computers.- Resolution of network problems, connectivity, IP addressing, TCP/IP, VPN.- Support for remote users.- Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, HyperV, SAN, NAS, Remote Services / Terminal Servers.- Knowledge of structured cabling standards and regulations.- Ability to solve problems.- Decision making, analytical skills and logical reasoning in relation to operating systems.- Ability to perform first level diagnostics on hardware and software.- Basic understanding of Cisco VoIP.- Technical knowledge of routing and switching.- Adaptability in organizational changes and changing priorities.**Additional advantages**:- Certifications: Cisco, CompTia, Microsoft, ITIL, IQMS (EIQ / DELMIAWorks), Aduanasoft, Tress, Minitab.Puesto: Ingeniero - Sistemas**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
