This role drives operational excellence, customer experience, and continuous innovation by strategically designing and optimizing service delivery models tailored to the region’s diverse markets and cultures. The Director fosters innovation, agility, and outstanding experiences, ensuring services are impactful and future-ready.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and execute the regional strategy for the Service Solutions Hub, aligned with Global People Services and Solutions objectives.- Redesign and implement service delivery models tailored to the unique needs of each country and region, promoting innovation and agility.- Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of service delivery models, ensuring precision and speed in operations.- Ensure operational excellence through strong governance, process optimization, and quality assurance.- Build and lead diverse, high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and ethical leadership.**Minimum Qualifications**:- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in shared services, HR operations, or service delivery, with significant regional exposure.- Proven track record in designing and leading regional service delivery models in a multinational environment.- Strong expertise in process optimization, digital transformation, and change management.- Experience improving efficiency through technology and data-driven decision-making.- Deep understanding of labor laws, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances across NA/EMEA/Mexico/India.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.- Experience working in a high-tech manufacturing company.- Familiarity with AI-driven productivity initiatives and data-based decision-making.- Leadership focused on innovation and digital transformation."The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited.
