**Vacante para la empresa BACK OFFICE DE CHIHUAHUA en Parques De San Felipe - Chihuahua, Chihuahua**:**Resume**:Responsible for answering all calls with professional courtesy and empathy, documenting and resolving inquiries. Provide excellent client services, Ability to pay very close attention to detail, retain and document the required information from clients and providers.**Responsabilities**:- Conduct consultations for potential cases from new clients who reach out via phone calls and online inquiries. Must be empathetic and efficient during the Intake process.- Sign up new clients electronically over the phone and provide solutions and answers to clients with questions or concerns.- Assist potential new clients in scheduling their initial clinic appointment for treatment.- Ensure all legal documents are processed, signed, and properly filed.- Perform other related duties as assigned, such as meeting with walk-in clients, processing legal documents, and communicating with other firms to which we refer clients.- Perform data entry by reviewing questionnaires and documentation related to each case.**Experience**:- Minimum **1 year of experience** in Customer Service within a BPO environment.- **English level: C1** (Advanced must be able to communicate fluently and professionally).- There is an**evaluation process** that serves as a **filter with the client**.- **Full schedule availability** between **6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.** (must be able to work any shift within this range).- **8-hour workday** always respected.- **Two days off per week**, with possible combinations:- Friday & Saturday- Saturday & Sunday- Sunday & Monday**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Atención al cliente**Industria**:Recursos Humanos**Habilidades**:- English C1- Customer Service & Empathy- Responsability
