**We are Hiring US Based Company**
**Job Title**:Intake Specialist (Customer Service Representative)
**Location**:On Site - Parques de San Felipe
**Monthly Gross Salary**:$19,850mxn
**MUST have**:Customer service experience (call center) and Advanced English Level.
**Schedule**:8 hours daily + lunch + 2 days off (together)
This is a role for Customer service functions, in a legal environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct consultations for potential cases
- Sign up new clients electronically
- Set initial clinic appointments
- Process and file legal documents
- Meet walk-in clients & communicate with partner firms
- Data entry and case documentation
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
- Organizational & tech proficiency
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign
- Excellent client service skills
**Additional Benefits**:
- A monthly lunch hosted by the client, at a restaurant chosen by the team, which varies each month.
- Evaluations after 6 months where you can earn a 2% to 3% salary increase, for a total of 5% per year.
- Quarterly $50 bonus for meeting metrics
