The role includes coding/development changes to deliver break/fixes, service requests and Change requests in support of the digital imaging space, through Service Now.Your ImpactAs The Associate Manager, Digital Imaging (OpenText) Developer your scope will consist of:- ABAP code development to address incidents, service requests and change request for Digital imaging, with focus on- Configuration changes to address incidents, service requests and change request for Digital imaging, with focus on- Communication with Stakeholders on status of- Communication with Manager on status of- Opening of OSS messages with OpenText/SAP productQualifications:Who Are We Looking For?**Experience**:- 2+ years of OpenText development experience.- Strong communication- Must be flexible to work across time zones as responsibilities span several times time zones across sectors, with focus on NA sectors (FLNA/PBNA) within the US time zone.- Must have experience in Operational Support and extensive knowledge of Operational Support tools (i.e. Service Now).We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
