**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The Digital Imaging Delivery leads primary purpose will be to lead the implementation of digital imaging solutions for PBNA, PFNA, and LATAM This includes delivery of OpenText and ABBYY/Verbella solutions for PGT or migrations of old Image Vision solutions to the NGDI.

(Next Generation Digital Imaging) platform.

**Your Impact.**

As Manager,Digital Imaging (Open Text) Architect your scope would consist of:

- Partner with PBNA, FLNA, PQGC teams to understand the
- business needs of document management and define & drive industry-leading solutions.
- Build estimates and provide guidance for Digital Imaging solutions. This includes PGT Capex
- Lead 40+ Managed services resources provided by vendors from Open Text, TCS, Cognizant, Verbella and ABBYY
- This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and “hands-on” program management skills

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

Experience
- 10+ years of industry experience for a global delivery environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, especially in IT Operations leadership role.

Tech skills
- 10 years of experience in document management space with leading vendors or ABAP solution
- 5 years experience in OCR, document presentment, rendition and collaboration models
- Extensive experience in AP, AR and HR

Non tech skills
- Passionate about delivering against tight timelines
- Ability to work across multiple silos within the organization and lead cross functional teams to successful outcomes, including an ability to address complex situations into actionable plans
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
