Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?**The main purpose of this role is for development and operational support within the Americas (US) Digital Imaging space, with focus on OpenText. The role includes coding/development changes to deliver break/fixes (Incidents), service requests and Change requests in support of the digital imaging space, through ServiceNow.**Main activities**:- ABAP code development to address incidents, service requests and change request for Digital imaging, with focus on OpenText.- Configuration changes to address incidents, service requests and change request for Digital imaging, with focus on OpenText.- Communication with Stakeholders on status of deliverables.- Communication with Manager on status of deliverables.- Opening of OSS messages with OpenText/SAP product teams.Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- 2+ years of experience in OpenText VIM development.- 2+ years of experience in operational support.- 3-5 years of experience in ABAP development.- SAP knowledge is a plus.- Strong communication skills.**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
