**Network Engineer**Mexico,Chihuahua, TijuanaFull time- Job Description_Job Title: Network EngineerDepartment: IT/IS**Job Summary**:**Summary of Duties**:- Design and implement network infrastructure to support business needs- Maintain network security through firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions- Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams- Stay up-to-date with emerging networking technologies and trends- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes- Manage network performance and capacity planning- Work with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures**Qualifications**:**Education**:- Bachelor’s (BA or BS.) degree or an equivalent degree from a college or technical school in a related area; or 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.**Experience**:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering- In-depth knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls- Strong understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP- Experience with VPNs, WAN technologies, and wireless networks- Knowledge of network security best practices and firewalls- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot network issues- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment**Other Skills**:- Effective oral and written communications skills- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail- Problem solving, well organized, detailed oriented and accurate.- Ability to work ITIL compliant methodologies and processes.**Preferred Skills (Not Required)**:- Cisco certification (CCNP, CCIE) is a plusTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
