TasksLeads a team of Communication and Event Specialists.Leads the deployment of local and regional strategies for Employer Branding.Leads the design, planning and execution of the internal communication process: Intranet, newsletter, all hands meetings, information meetings, ConNext, Bulletin Boards, E-mail, Posters, Location Brand, etc.Propose and develop, supported with external partners, new material in different media including Logos, announcements, posterns, banners, handouts, video, animation, etc. ensuring brand consistency and following brand standards for internal and external communication.Manage budget for events planned throughout the year including Year End Celebration, Corporate Event, Anniversary Celebrations, etc.Lead the organization of official events of the company incluyding current and new events that are aligned with the business strategy.Keep track of and analyze KPIs for the area as well as benchmark vs other companies and internal locations in order to continuously improve and innovate.Lead strategic projects for the location in the area of expertise. Act as a strategic contact with the different business responsibles in order to support the execution of the location strategy.Propose and execute employer branding strategies following the guidelines and partnering with other stakeholders in Local, Country, Regional and International level.**Qualifications**:University degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing or related fields.More than 8 years of experience in internal / external Communication.Experience leading several varied communication projects.Effective utilization of several communication channels and mediaPreparation and elaboration of external and internal communication releases.Experience in Executive level Public Relations desirable.Experience organizing enterprise events.**English Level**: HighLeadership Experience desirable.Intercultural / International Experience desirable.About usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
